About This Property

Our newly renovated home welcomes travelers to Niagara-on-the-Lake with 2 bedrooms, each with a queen size bed and lush linens, full kitchen, living room, outdoor patio, and complemented with WIFI, TV (streaming only) coffee, tea, games and more. Our property is legal, registered with the town and fully insured. Please note: we only welcome guests who have their Government ID verified. The Coupe is 4 guests MAXIMUM and no exception will be made to this. Outdoor security cameras are in place. In the event unauthorized extra guests spend the night, an extra guest fee will be implemented. The entire home and yard is for guests. Licence number 041-2023

Cancellation Policy

Four weeks before check-in (before 4:00 pm), full refund. Get back 100% of what you paid. One week before check-in (before 4:00 pm), partial refund. Get back 50% of every night. No refund of the service fee. One week before check-in (4:00 pm onwards), no refund. This reservation is non-refundable.

Stay Rules

Strictly no outside noise is permitted any night of the week after 10 PM. No unauthorized extra guests allowed: 4 is maximum people in home. Shoes off inside the home. No guests under the age of 18 may stay in the house unsupervised. Please do not touch the Neon signs as they can be easily damaged. During your stay: - 4 guests maximum - No pets - Quiet hours: 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. - No parties or events - No commercial photography - No smoking Before you leave: - Turn things off - Lock up - Additional requests: Check out time is 11:00 AM. Please let us know when you have departed! If you have used dishes, we appreciate you running the dishwasher before you leave. Thank you!
