The Better Wayto Stay

Vacation rentals were built on a simple idea:

A traveler finds a great home. A host earns a fair return.

But as online travel agencies grew, something shifted. Fees and commissions are getting higher and higher every single year.

And the people who create the experience—traveler, property managers and owners—are stuck paying the price.

A Platform Designed byScott McGillivray

After 20 years renovating homes, investing in real estate, and constantly talking to property managers and travelers, Scott kept hearing the same story:

"A family finds the perfect place... but are hit with hundreds in extra fees. A property manager delivers incredible service... then loses a huge cut to a platform that never stepped inside the home."

It didn't feel right. So Scott decided to build a better way.

Our Stance

We're Not Here to Own Travel. We're Here to Fix It.

Vacations shouldn't cost more than they need to.

Hosts shouldn't lose income they've earned.

The best stays should be the most accessible ones.
