Located on the north end of Longboat Key, you're just moments from Bradenton Beach and Anna Maria Island. Each bedroom, the living room, and the pool area are equipped with flat-screen Smart TVs, and cable is available in the 3rd-floor master suite and living room. North Longboat Key is also a paradise for swimming, boating, and fishing—and conveniently only 30 minutes from the airport. Important Things to Know Your reservation may require you to fill out a Home Owners Association application that may request personal details. House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties. No pets. Pool heating is optional, for an additional non-refundable fee of $25 per day + taxes to be paid directly to the management company after the reservation is confirmed.  Pool heat request made after guest arrival will incur an additional $45 trip charge. In addition to the main fridge and washer/dryer inside the home, there is an extra fridge and washer/dryer located in the garage for guest use. Please note that the property mailbox is reserved for owner correspondence and is not available for guest use. If you need to receive mail during your stay, we suggest arranging a temporary PO Box at the local post office.
