Your reservation may require you to fill out a Home Owners Association application that may request personal details. Any application fees required by the HOA are non-refundable. Please note that the property mailbox is reserved for owner correspondence and is not available for guest use. If you need to receive mail during your stay, we suggest arranging a temporary PO Box at the local post office.
