Vineyard Views Niagara ☆ Brand New 2Bdrm w/ Sauna

Our newly renovated modern farmhouse vineyard view home has 2 primary bedrooms with comfortable queen sized beds. Our home has stunning views of the surrounding vineyards from the entrance, dining area, seating area and from one of the main bedrooms. Both bedrooms are on the main floor. We can also offer a high quality pull out sofa in the living room for two additional guests (extra person fee applies). Right next to the dining area we have a gorgeous chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances, floating wood shelves, and a few rustic antique decorations. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to prepare and cook home made meals. The living room is located off of the kitchen at the rear of the home with large windows, wonderful views of the backyard, and access to the porch through a glass sliding door. The living room has plenty of cozy seating space, a large Smart TV (no cable TV, guests sign in with their own streaming accounts), gas fireplace. Down another set of steps guests can access our basement which is where our laundry room and office space is along with private storage areas.

 The backyard is top notch and has so many wonderful features for an incredible vacation. Our backyard space includes a wooden deck with patio dining set, a gas BBQ grill, a conversation circle out in the middle of the lawn, an outdoor wood burning cedar sauna (bring your own wood), lawn games and a trendy painted outdoor feature wall!

Guest access Guest has access to the entire home. Parking is included and free for up to 4 cars. Other things to note Please bring your own wood for the sauna. We provide an axe for chopping up firewood and it is located inside the sauna. Wood can be purchased from many local gas stations and hardware stores. *We will consider small dogs for a $100 fee. Please inquire with us. ** We DO NOT allow weddings, wedding events, wedding parties or bachelorette or bachelor parties on this property and have exterior cameras in place to ensure no events as per our town requirements. No parking of trailers, campers, or tents of any kind allowed *** - WIFI in rural areas can be slow at times - In summer season there can be "bird bangers" which are loud booms from the vineyards. This happens only in daytime hours. - Exterior cameras are in place - We only accept guests who have their Government ID verified - We will ask ALL guests before booking a few questions about their stay, to ensure we are community minded hosts that care for our neighbours. - Check in is SELF entry and we will not meet you on arrival. - We provide one towel and pillow per guest, a hand towel for each washroom. - Lawn mowing in season happens once per week.
