Any application fees required by the HOA are non-refundable.   House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties. No pets, no exceptions, per HOA. Please note that the property mailbox is reserved for owner correspondence and is not available for guest use. If you need to receive mail during your stay, we suggest arranging a temporary PO Box at the local post office.
