- We only accept guests who have their Government ID verified.
- This home is on a rural road. No sidewalks.
- We live in the country and there are bugs in all seasons. This does not mean our home is not clean! Ensure doors and any unscreened windows are closed to avoid excess bugs.
- We will ask ALL guests before booking a few questions about their stay, to ensure we are community minded hosts that care for our neighbours.
- Check in is SELF entry and we will not meet you on arrival.
- We provide one towel and pillow per guest, a hand towel for each washroom.
- Lawn mowing in season happens once per week. This may happen during your stay.

Cancellation Policy
Four weeks before check-in (before 4:00 pm), full refund. Get back 100% of what you paid.
One week before check-in (before 4:00 pm), partial refund. Get back 50% of every night. No refund of the service fee.
One week before check-in (4:00 pm onwards), no refund. This reservation is non-refundable.
Stay Rules
Shoes must be taken off in the home.
No unauthorized extra guests or visitors allowed: 6 guests max - outdoor cameras in place to monitor.
No smoking of any kind allowed in house - included e-cigarettes, vapes, etc.
During your stay:
