A canoe, paddleboard and kayaks are included, and the large dock is perfect for mooring your own boat. Please note: The property is located on a private cottage road, approximately 6 km from the highway, surrounded by forest for true privacy and tranquility. For security, two exterior cameras monitor the driveway and front entry only. AWD or 4x4 is needed during the winter.
