Wildluxe Haven sits right on the edge of the majestic Great Smoky Mountain National Park (there is actually a sign attached to a tree right beside the cabin that says National Park Service, which indicates the border of the park) and offers an unparalleled retreat into nature without sacrificing comfort. The cabin boasts four spacious bedrooms, including three king suites and a bunk suite, each designed with elegance and relaxation in mind. All bedrooms are ensuite and the fourth bedroom offers a set of bunk beds that can accommodate both adults and children alike. This includes all types of smoking and vaping *NO PETS* We have some serious pet allergies in our family and are unable to accept pets of any kind. If you arrive with your pet, your reservation will be cancelled without refund. If there is evidence of any animals in the cabin, a $500 fine may be assessed to cover additional cleaning fees. *NO PARTIES* We understand that they're fun, but we don't want to have any at our property. Thank you for understanding! *LOCATION* This gorgeous property is located at the top of a mountain (you have to go to the top to get the best views!). This can mean a few things: some people can find the last 10 minutes of the drive a little winding or challenging. But some people find it scenic and breathtaking! The roads are paved and excluding snow or ice events, you do not need a 4 wheel drive to reach the cabin. Also, you will be in the mountains and you may possibly see bears and/or other wildlife, including bugs. ***WILDLUXE HAVEN -HOUSE RULES*** -No smoking anything including tobacco, marijuana, cigars, etc or vaping inside the home or on the decks -No parties or events - Only registered guests are allowed on the property, unless approved by owner -Please treat the home and and surrounding area with care and respect Cleanliness & Damage -Clean up after yourself, including the areas outside, ESPECIALLY THE GRILL, firepit, and decks -Report any damages or issues as soon as possible and within 1 hour after checking in -Do not rearrange or remove furniture or décor without permission - No tape on the walls or any surfaces -Smoking indoors will result in a $500.00 cleaning fee Amenities We do our very best to make sure all amenities are fully operational and in good condition for your stay. If by chance, something is stolen, damaged or inoperable prior to or during your stay and we are unable to repair, replace or service it during your stay, we are unable to offer any refunds or compensation. Safety & Security -Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property and make sure doors are locked while inside the property as well (see info about bears below) -Keep cars locked and do not leave food inside vehicles. We are not responsible for your vehicle. -Tampering with or touching the security cameras is prohibited and will result in being asked to leave the property immediately with no refund for remaining reservation. -Unauthorized guests or visitors are not allowed Communication & Guest Conduct -Guests must report any issues during the stay so we can promptly resolve them -Failure to report issues while on-site may limit eligibility for refunds or dispute resolution -Disrespectful or threatening communication may result in immediate termination of the stay -Attempts to extort refunds by threatening a negative review will be reported to Airbnb immediately Pool & Hot Tub Rules -Use at your own risk - no lifeguard on duty - Children must be supervised at all times - Young children must be potty trained or have a swim diaper - No one, including adults, teens and children can swim alone -No tampering with alarms or locks on pool room doors. The alarms and locks are for added safety but do not take the place of a supervising adult and should not be relied on to prevent pool accidents. -Doors and gates leading to and from pool should be closed and locked when not in use -No glass or breakable items near the pool or hot tub -No food in the pool -Shower before using the hot tub -No jumping, diving, or running on the pool deck -Hot tub use is limited to 30 minutes at a time for safety -Please cover the hot tub when not in use and secure wind strap -Do not stand on hot tub cover In booking this property I agree to the following: SWIMMING POOL AND HOT TUB DISCLAIMER I fully understand and agree to abide by ALL of the SWIMMING AND HOT TUB RULES listed above as well as any additional rules posted at the property. I understand the potential dangers that swimming pools and hot tubs present to infants, children, teenagers and adults regardless of swimming ability. I agree to hold the property owners/management/individual cabin owners fully harmless against any and all liability, loss , damage or expense, including , without limitation, attorney's fees and cost of litigation, resulting from any and all swimming pool or hot tub accidents or incidents occurring at the property. Wildlife: Bears, etc -You are in the woods and so are bears and other wildlife. - Be bear aware. Do not leave food outside and be sure to throw trash in locked bear proof containers. - Remember to keep doors locked of both the cabin and your vehicles -Do not feed or approach any wildlife including bears and cubs - We do have monthly pest control, but sometimes we have bugs that come in from outside. Fires and Weather - Local authorities do institute burn bans at times. I will do my best to let you know, but please make yourself aware of weather and conditions while in the area. - No candles - No fireworks - No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages or other things that are beyond our control. Please purchase travel insurance if you have concerns. Check-In & Check-Out - Check-in: 4pm - Check-out: Before 10am -Early check-ins and Late check-out must be approved in advance. The property is large and our cleaning team needs ample time to prepare the property for your arrival and for the arrival of future guests. We want to be sure that they have enough time to create a clean and comfortable environment prior to each stay! Agreement -By staying at this property, you agree to follow these rules.
