About This Property

Avalanche is a spacious and bright trailside vacation home perfect for a large group or family. It offers 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the main floor and 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the upper level as well as a loft with 2 sets of bunk beds. On the main floor is the kitchen, dining area and living room with high ceilings as well as a family room and a whirlpool tub in the main bedroom. The living room offers a brick fireplace and patio door leading out to a large deck.

Cancellation Policy

If guest wishes to change the reservation it must be done within 30 days prior to arrival to avoid cancellation policy. If guest wishes to cancel the reservation, the deposit will be refunded as follows: A $100 cancellation fee plus the $35 non-refundable booking fee will be deducted from the 1st deposit if cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date.
