The Outfitter is a classic, rustic, home that accommodates 11 at an economical price. Inside, you’ll discover a kitchen with an oven and stove, dishwasher, drip coffeemaker, and microwave. A separate dining area compliments the room while the large living room with TV and wood fireplace (wood not provided) is a fantastic place to entertain. There are 4 separate sleeping areas. The first and second bedrooms offer a queen bed each. The third has a bunk bed setup with a double on bottom and a twin on top. The 4th and final bedroom has 2 twin bunk beds in it. The full bathroom is stocked with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. An additional shower, toilet, and sink are available in the laundry room just off the 4th bedroom. A few handy benches around the firepit are great for late night marshmallow roasts and large, respectful, get togethers on a budget! The Neighborhood: This property is located in the Port Renfrew Beach Camp. A quiet residential community with a kids park across the street and a beach just a few steps away! Getting Around: There is public beach access just 2 minutes away! A short 10-minute walk from the cottages will take you to our marina, ideal for fishing or simply enjoying the sea air. The Coastal Kitchen Café and The Renfrew Pub are just a 25 to 30 -minute walk away if you’re in the mood for dining out. A general store, offering beer, wine, and other essentials, is about 1 km from the cottages on Parkinson Road. For a more extensive selection, consider stocking up on groceries at Sooke or Cowichan Lake if you’re coming from that direction. The Pacific Gateway Marina is about a 20 minute walk away, where you can fish for world-class salmon and halibut or simply enjoy the sea air. Explore the exceptional Pacific Northwest rainforest or the stunning beaches perfect for swimming, canoeing, kayaking. Boat or SUP in a nearby lake.
