We understand Maui travel schedules can vary, and we will do our best to accommodate early arrivals or late departures whenever possible based on booking availability. Please reach out in advance to discuss your travel plans. Check-in instructions and access details will be provided prior to arrival. Self check-in available. Please contact host with any questions before arrival.

Check-out Instructions

Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Before departure, please ensure garbage is disposed of properly, dishes are placed in the dishwasher or cleaned, and all doors and windows are locked securely. Please place used towels in the bathroom. Mahalo for helping us care for our oceanfront Maui home. We understand Maui travel schedules can vary, and we will do our best to accommodate early arrivals or late departures whenever possible based on booking availability. Cancellation Policy

25% due at time of booking. Remaining balance due 60 days before arrival. Cancellations made 60 days or more before arrival are fully refundable. Cancellations made 30–59 days before arrival receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Stay Rules

No smoking. No parties or events. Quiet hours observed per condo association rules. Please respect neighbors and property. Maximum occupancy of 4 guests. Mahalo for helping us keep Hale Kai O’Kihei beautiful for all guests. Guests traveling with service animals are kindly asked to notify host in advance.
