Smooth Sailing! Welcome to this custom built home on the shore of Lake Champlain in Plattsburgh NY. Enjoy shopping for antiques in town, grabbing a bite from a local restaurant, or just staring at the lake! Whether you enjoy snow skiing in the winter (about 1 hour to Lake Placid and other resorts) or water skiing in the summer, this is the perfect home for a family getaway! Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $150 each for the length of your stay. This house was custom built in 2004 and is lovingly maintained. Electronic lock on the front door gives you access to the entire house. We will independently verify your details via a secure 3rd party platform (Truvi) before your booking can begin. You will also need to pay a refundable damage deposit of $500 or buy a damage waiver for $35 fee. If you opt for the damage deposit, Truvi will charge you a $15 credit card processing fee. The host does not collect any of those fees. I am available through the app or by cell phone. Very quiet and residential. You will need a car There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor (queen beds) and a full bath for those with mobility challenges. Host Story: I love to travel and find quaint spots off of the beaten path.
