All nights rented must get heat if you decide on this add on. Due to noise and neighborhood, the heater will be set to run from 8am to 10pm. If temperatures outside get under 65 degrees, the pool heater will take 5x longer to heat. We hope for warm weather, but cannot predict what it will be like during your stay. Sorry, no refunds for cold weather. We will have the heater turned on prior to your stay if you do choose to get this add on. The cost is $60/day. If you decide to purchase the pool heat when you are already in the property the cost is $100/day. Animal Fee Disclosure: We are happy to accommodate animals at select properties, with a tiered pricing structure starting at $25 per animal, per day. The fee decreases for longer stays, providing a more affordable option the longer you remain. This add-on fee can be paid after reserving your stay.
