House Rules for Aqua Villa 403 • Occupancy: Maximum of 8 guests at all times; babies, infants, and children are included in the occupancy limit. • Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 25+, occupy the property for the entire stay, and children are welcome with their parents. • Rental Agreement: Must be signed within 48 hours of booking the reservation. A signed rental agreement is required for ALL reservations. This must be electronically signed for your door code to be activated. • Security Verification: Guests must complete the required security verification process. This must be completed for your door code to be activated. • No Smoking/Vaping/Open Flames: No smoking, vaping, candles, incense, or open flames inside the property or on balconies/patios. • Dogs: At dog-friendly properties, a signed Dog Addendum and $150 + tax fee is required; maximum of 1 dog. • Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM; please be respectful of neighbors and HOA/community rules. • Parties/Events: Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are prohibited. • HOA/Community Rules: Guests and visitors must comply with all applicable property, HOA, and community rules.
