This spacious 1,208 sq. ft. condo comfortably sleeps 8, making it the perfect vacation spot for families or groups looking to unwind and enjoy the stunning emerald green waters and sugar-white sand beaches.  The master bedroom features a king-size bed (sleeps 2), a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and access to the private balcony, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. The second bedroom also includes a king-size bed (sleeps 2) and its own private bathroom with a shower/tub combo, providing a peaceful retreat. The third bedroom is ideal for kids or young adults, featuring a twin bunk bed (sleeps 2). The living room offers additional sleeping space with a queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2).  Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen or take advantage of the charcoal grilling area for a fun outdoor cookout. The name on the ID must match the card on file. Additionally, the Rental Agreement must be signed by the cardholder. If these requirements are not met, your reservation will be canceled, and the payment will be fully forfeited.  House Rules:  Check-In at 4 pm, Check-Out 10am Some properties may qualify for early check-in of 1 pm for $50 (+tax). *Subject to availability*  No third-party bookings are allowed.  Due to Strict HOA Rules - Guests must be 25 years old to reserve and occupy this unit. Children ARE always welcome with their parents.  Strict Max Occupancy - Babies, Infants & Children ARE Included in Occupancy  Absolutely NO smoking, NO Vaping, candles, incense, or open flames in the unit or on the balcony or patio.   Due to Severe Allergies, there are absolutely NO animals or pets of any kind allowed.
