A signed rental agreement is required for ALL reservations. This must be electronically signed for your door code to be activated. • Security Verification: Guests must complete the required security verification process. This must be completed for your door code to be activated. • No Smoking/Vaping/Open Flames: No smoking, vaping, candles, incense, or open flames inside the property or on balconies/patios. • Dogs: At dog-friendly properties, a signed Dog Addendum and $150 + tax fee per dog are required; maximum 2 dogs. • Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM; please be respectful of neighbors and HOA/community rules. • Parties/Events: Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are prohibited. • HOA/Community Rules: Guests and visitors must comply with all applicable property, HOA, and community rules. Starter Amenities:  We provide guests with a thoughtful selection of starter amenities to make your stay more comfortable. These include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, a bar of soap, Dawn dish soap, 10–12 dishwasher tabs, 10–12 laundry pods, a box of trash bags, and a small coffee setup with either 2–2.5 oz packs of ground coffee or 4 Keurig pods (depending on the property), along with 4–5 coffee creamers and sugar packets.
