House Rules for Toes in the Sand Occupancy: Max 14 guests allowed. Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 25+ and stay the entire trip. Rental Agreement & Online Security Verification must be completed within 48 hours of the booking. An additional waiver & active auto insurance is required to drive the golf cart. No Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside the home or near doors and windows. This property is not pet friendly. Pets are not permitted for any reason, except for registered service animals. Parking: Park up to 4 vehicles in the driveway. No parking on grass, sidewalk, or street. Outdoor Gear: Clean the gas grill after use and return beach gear to the home after beach trips.
