Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 25+ and stay the entire trip. Rental Agreement: Must be signed within 48 hours of booking the reservation. Security Verification: Must complete security verification to secure the reservation. No Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside the home or near doors and windows. Towels Linens: Keep bath towels indoors. Please place used towels in the bathrooms before checkout. Trash: Bag and dispose of all trash properly in outdoor bins before departure. Departure: Turn off all lights, TVs, appliances, and securely lock doors and windows when leaving. *This property is not handicap accessible (no elevator)* Noise monitoring devices installed indoors (no recording, decibel-only) Captain Jax offers the best of Destin—canal views, private pool, and easy access to white-sand beaches.
