Starter Essentials Provided To help you settle in, we provide a starter supply of the following items: 1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, Trash bags, Dawn dish soap, Tide laundry detergent, 2 small bags of coffee, ☕ Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and hand soap. Please note these are starter items only you may need to purchase additional supplies depending on the length of your stay. It's a small price for big protection, ensuring you're covered before and during your trip. House Rules for Beach Manor 0811 Occupancy: Max 6 guests allowed. Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 25+ and stay the entire trip. Rental Agreement: Must be signed within 48 hours of booking the reservation. Security Verification: Must complete security verification to secure verification. No Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside the home or near doors and windows. Towels & Linens: Keep bath towels indoors. Please place used towels in the bathrooms before checkout. Trash: Bag and dispose of all trash properly in outdoor bins before departure.
