House Rules for Coral Reef Club 49 Rental Agreement and Security Verification: Must be signed within 48 hours of booking. Maximum occupancy: 10 guests (most comfortable with 8 adults + 2 children in bunks). Primary renter must be at least 25 years old. No smoking or vaping inside the condo or on the balcony. No parties, events, or gatherings larger than confirmed guest count. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Pets are not permitted in this condo. Beach service (2 chairs + 1 umbrella) included daily (March–October).
