Offering stunning mountain views from the two-level decks and inside the home. You can take in the gorgeous Smoky Mountain scenery anywhere on the property, including the private hot tub. Perfect after a long hike in the Smoky Mountains National Park. The main floor offers an ample open-concept space for family gatherings, dining, and cooking. Enjoy time with the family while cooking a delicious meal in the recently updated kitchen. Giant floor-to-ceiling windows offer a stunning backdrop for your family’s time together. The loft area is the go-to destination for adults to hang out and relax. It offers a full-size pool table, smart TV, and a giant custom arcade with thousands of games. You won’t want to leave this space! We are dog-friendly for well-behaved dogs for an additional fee per pet (maximum of 3). Pets are not allowed on the furniture, beds, or pool. Additional fees will be assessed if this policy is not honored. This is for the benefit of all guests and our cleaning staff. A washer and dryer are available on-site, perfect for more extended stays or just kids… yeah, they can be messy! Reservations will be canceled if not signed. The agreement will be sent via our Channel Manager, OwnerRez. · Pool cleaning is performed twice weekly to ensure a sparkling pool. By booking a reservation, you agree to have pool cleaners enter the property and clean the pool for you. · This is a quiet, peaceful neighborhood; noise complaints or law enforcement calls to the home will immediately terminate your stay without a refund. · We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance with your reservation to cover you in case of trip interruption, weather, or travel delays. · No cats are permitted due to owner's severe allergies. · We are dog-friendly for well-behaved dogs for an additional $60 fee per pet (maximum of 3).
