Bedrooms: This condo features two gulf front master suites (one king and the other queen) with direct balcony access from both bedrooms. All bedrooms feature luxury mattresses. Master Bedroom: Relax on a king-size bed with direct balcony access and enjoy the enhanced ambiance of a new Bose soundbar and smart TV. The en-suite bathroom features a huge shower with a Bluetooth-enabled light/fan, allowing you to create your own personalized spa experience. Second Master Bedroom: Drift off to sleep to the soothing sounds of the ocean in the second bedroom, featuring a comfortable queen bed, private balcony access, and a Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows. The complex is low-density with only three units per floor and two high speed elevators. *Since rental time frames vary - we strive to provide you with an initial supply of necessities. We will do our best to supply you with paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, napkins, dish washing soap, laundry soap, coffee (Keurig) so you don't have to worry about this and simply enjoy your vacation! Most condo rentals do not supply this for you. We want you to be on vacation! Personal toiletries, beach toys, sunscreen and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation may be needed for you to bring with you. We are local owners - and will respond to your needs personally. *Beach Service Available In Season for an Additional Fee. See the sign in front of the building on the beach. The attendant there will help you. Feel free to use the condo's beach chairs and towels - they are here for your use, but Please shower off all sand on the pier and bring them back everyday, as anything left on the beach at night get's thrown away. *This unit is Professionally Cleaned and Sanitized before and after each rental with no contact check-in and check-out and keyless entry lock. **Please note Island Tower is a non-smoking building and the age limit to rent is 25. The person booking the reservation - Must be one of the guests staying for the duration of the reservation.
