On a quiet street near all the action Midtown has to offer. - Walkable to all Cooper Young restaurants, shops & Farmers Market every Saturday - 1.5 miles to Overton Square - 2 miles to Overton Park/Zoo - 8 min drive to downtown, Beale St & FedEx Forum - 15 min drive to Graceland - 1 mile to Liberty Park - Minutes to UofM, CBU & Rhode This home is a half a block from a train track. This is extremely common in Memphis as we have multiple industrial railroads that run right through town. Luckily, this particular spot is right before an unloading point for the trains so they are always going quite slow. You may hear the horn, but that is literally everywhere in the city limits. Also, Fedex is headquartered just 5 miles down the road and planes can be heard going over head every few minutes at specific 20-30 minute periods at specific times during the day or night. It is common almost anywhere in Memphis to hear and see the parade of planes coming through.
