The Solterra Homeowners Association (HOA) has announced that the community swimming pool and lazy river will be temporarily closed for a renovation project. The closure is scheduled for September 22 - December 15, 2026. Even though the resort water amenities will be closed, the clubhouse will remain open. This means you can still take advantage of the following resort amenities including: fitness center, tennis, pickleball, beach volleyball, 9 hole putting green, cornhole, horseshoes, giant chess board. As a courtesy, WE WILL BE PROVIDING COMPLIMENTARY POOL AND SPA HEATING for all reservations between September 22 - December 15, 2026. This will allow you to enjoy the private pool at your vacation home at no additional cost. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Two of our homes are next to each other, while the other two are just four doors down. **Check-in/Check-out:** Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. We offer luggage drop-off for your convenience in case of early arrival or late departure. **Parking:** Enjoy free parking on the premises and additional free street parking, providing convenience for all your guests. **Long-Term Stays:** We welcome long-term stays, allowing you to enjoy our villa and the surrounding attractions for 28 days or more. **Child-Friendly Amenities:** Our villa is equipped with family-friendly amenities, including cribs, high chairs, children’s dinnerware, and baby safety gates.
