Approximately eight weeks before your arrival, you will receive a Registration Packet containing crucial information to prepare you for your Central Florida vacation. This packet will help you register drivers and guests at the resort and allow you to opt for pool and spa heating. Once we receive your completed Registration Packet, we will send you an "Arrival Packet" with all the necessary details for checking in, accessing the villa, parking logistics, and property management contacts. This packet will also provide information about enjoying the amenities at Solterra Resort. The villa features a private entrance with self-check-in using a keypad, offering you flexibility and convenience upon arrival. Guests are welcome to use all indoor and outdoor spaces, including the themed bedrooms, kitchen, and entertainment areas. You will also have access to resort amenities such as the shared gym, outdoor playground, and other facilities nearby, enhancing your stay with us.
