This clean, newly renovated apartment has all the conveniences and charm that makes your stay cosy and private. Windows to the north, south, east and west allow natural light to flood in. The space is newly carpeted as well as new gas hot water heat and modern air conditioning by a mini split. Enjoy this approximately 750 sq feet space. The open concept kitchen/living room (front) is away from the bedrooms (back) making sleeping better. If stairs don't bother you, the feeling of being on top of the world, nestled away in the charming and quiet two bedroom apartment. People below 6 feet tall will be just fine in this space as it is the newly renovated attic of my building. For those of you taller than 6' maybe one of the other 8 furnished suites/apartments in my building would be better. The kitchen is outfitted with the equipment needed to cook your meals. Guest access Laundry facilities can be found in the double door closet just across from your apartment entrance. Liquid or Tru Earth environment friendly laundry soap and whooley dry balls are available to use. Other things to note Access to the apartment is best off of the back parking lot on the right(south east) side via a porch. There is a tall set of stairs just inside the door. Go up and the apartment door says "Two" on your left. The next stairway is split with a landing so much easier. Shaw satellite is a large package. There will be an "all about" book on the counter in the apartment. A hardwire connection is located there as well. If you have allergies...the carpet was installed the beginning of May 2018. This is a No pets or smoking apartment. There are 9 all-inclusive short term furnished units in the building and they are equipped with an ethernet connection plus wifi.

Cancellation Policy

Full Refund Cancel 30 days or more before check-in (by 4:00 p.m. local time) to receive a 100% refund of your payment. Partial Refund Cancel 7 days before check-in (by 4:00 p.m. local time) to receive a 50% refund of nightly rates. Service fees are non-refundable. No Refund Cancel less than 7 days before check-in (after 4:00 p.m. local time) and the reservation is non-refundable.

Stay Rules

Thank you for parking in your designated spot at the back of the building. If you have an extra vehicle, park on the right side filling the furthest area first. Laundry is located in the hall across from your apartment entrance door is shared. Use is 8am til 9pm. Detergent and dryer balls are provided (marked) on the shelf beside the washer. Please remove your shoes when in the apartment. The landing in the apartment has a mat for them plus a recycle bin. When leaving at the end of your airbnb stay, please do the following... Heating at off or 68 F/19C or air conditioner at off. Thank you for using your best judgement based on the weather. Make sure to close all windows. All dirty kitchen and bathroom linens are to be left in the tub. Please leave bed linens on the beds so that any stain removal required gets taken care of in our thorough cleaning process. At the end of your stay, leave all keys on the key hooks and send me a message. If you forget anything after you leave please contact me asap. Take the garbage and recycle outside to the designated cans next to the parking area out back. Thank you for staying.
