Two living areas, with the downstairs area having TV, foosball table and full kitchen. You can enjoy the outdoor fire pit or relax on the covered decks (upper and lower). There is a 1 story dock, with a boat slip for your use. 2 kayaks for your enjoyment. Approximately 20 steps to the dock. Bedroom 1: Master suite upstairs with balcony- King size bed and Queen size bed. Bedroom 2: Queen size bed - main floor Bedroom 3: Queen size bed - main floor Bedroom 4: Queen size bed - lower level Bedroom 5: Queen size bed - lower level Additional sleeping in basement lower living area, Twin over Full bunk bed. Sleeps 13 in beds. Maximum occupancy: 13. Wifi Internet. Weber charcoal grill. Fireplaces inside the house are not for Guest's use. RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RETURN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE.
