Renters will NOT have access to the boat slip, but there are cleats and bumpers so they you can tie up next to slip. Water levels are low in the off-season. Guest will be charged a pet fee of $25/night/pet plus an extra cleaning fee. RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RETURN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction.
