The kitchen seats 6 at kitchen table, 2 at the bar, 4 at high-top table, 8 at dining room table with additional 2 chairs.  Bedrooms: Primary bedroom: King size bed - main level Bedroom 2: Queen size bed - located on second floor  Bedroom 3: Three twin beds - located on second floor Bedroom 4:  Queen size bed- located on second floor Bedroom 5: King size bed - second floor  Bedroom 6: Two full size beds - located on 3rd floor  Bedroom 7: Queen size bed - located in basement/downstairs  Year round water.  2 boat slips available for guest's use. Swim pier on the dock. No power on the dock. Wifi available. Televisions located in living room and downstairs.  PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties.  Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved.  Violation will result in eviction.
