Relax and unwind in the comfort of Bedroom 1 with a full-size bed, Bedroom 2 with a full-size bed, and Bedroom 3 with a queen-size bed. The loft space, though ideal for kids, provides additional sleeping options for a memorable vacation experience. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi internet, and savor outdoor grilling with the provided charcoal grill. The dock, with power available, offers a scenic spot to enjoy Smith Lake, although please note that the boat slip is not included in the rental, as the owner's boat will be on the lift during the summer. For guest's use there are: one paddleboard, one canoe, and one child's kayak. Please be aware of low water at dock during off-season.  Note: The owner has Security Cameras installed by the garage with motion light and outside facing the dock. 4 Night Minimum for Memorial Day and Labor Day Weekend. 3 night minimum during Off-Season. 3 night minimum during Peak Season.(June and July) PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE. RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RETURN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction.
