Dining area seats 6 and an additional 3 can sit at the bar, plus outdoor seating. Plenty of room for multiple families to spread out, the basement has a second living room for watching tv and a full kitchen. Gas fireplaces are not operable. Sleeps 14 in beds; Maximum Occupancy: 14 Bedroom 1: Full size bed with bathroom on hall - on main level Bedroom 2: King size bed - with TV, private bath (jacuzzi tub, double sinks) and opens out to the back deck - on main level Bedroom 3: Queen size bed and King size bed - bathroom in utility room - located on lower level Bedroom 4: 2 sets of bunk beds (Twin over full) - located on lower level Dock has two boat slips available for the guest's use. No power on the dock. Year-round water. RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RETURN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties.
