Located on beautiful Dismal Creek with large, sunset views. This gorgeous home has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, 2 living areas, and multiple outdoor decks. It sleeps 12 people in beds comfortably with a 12 person maximum occupancy. Dining room table seats 8 and there is even more seating outdoors with the view of the lake (seating for 12 more outside). Entertainment items downstairs include a pool table for the evenings and rainy days, game table, games, DVD's, and smart television. Yearround water at the dock! One boat slip is available for the renter's use. It is 11' x 30'. There is power on the dock. For your peace of mind and safety, this dock contains 24/7 protection via Dock Lifeguard which is a system installed to detect any potentially lethal rogue electrical current present in the vicinity of swimmers. A loud alarm notifies of the potential danger. Also for the guest's enjoyment, 2 kayaks are provided (bring your own life vests), and a Fire Pit for enjoying cool nights!
