This charming house has comfortable furnishings throughout and includes a large outdoor deck with gas grill and outdoor shower. The first floor has large open floor plan bathed in natural sunlight with numerous windows. The open living room area also includes a large flat screen TV and comfortable seating throughout. The first floor includes a large modern kitchen with granite countertops, new cabinets and kitchen island. The dining room area features two easy-glide doors that lead out to a wrap around deck that provides additional outdoor seating, a stainless steel gas grill and outdoor shower. The first floor also includes a half bath and a laundry closet. On the second floor you will find two (2) bedrooms and a full size bath with a full size tub and shower. The large Master bedroom includes a King size bed, a marble fireplace, skylights, TV and a private balcony. The second floor also features a Guest bedroom with a Queen size bed T.V. and comfortable furnishing throughout, plus a pull out couch that can accommodate two additional guests. The Katama Vacation House is located at the end of a private road and is located within two miles south of historical downtown Edgartown. The Katama Vacation house is also located within minutes to South Beach, the Island bike path and Morning Glory Farm (a local favorite). The Katama Vacation House can be rented alone or along with the Vineyard House which is located next door to accommodate larger parties, including family reunions and wedding parties.
