It features comfortable furnishings throughout and has an outdoor deck with additional seating, a gas grill and outdoor shower. The first floor includes a bright open floor plan with cathedral ceilings, skylights and two paddle fans and a 60 inch flat screen TV With Roku. The large open living room area offers plenty of natural light. The nearby dining area includes two easy-glide slider doors that lead out to a large open deck with additional outdoor seating and a stainless steel gas grill and outdoor shower. The large modern kitchen area features granite countertops, a kitchen island and maple cabinets. The first floor also features a Bedroom with a Queen size bed and T.V. as well as a Full bath and a laundry closet. The second floor features two (2) additional bedrooms and a full bath size with tub and shower. The Master Bedroom has a King size bed with cathedral ceilings, skylights and a flat screen TV. The Guest bedroom has two Twin beds also with a flat screen TV A The Vineyard House has comfortable furnishings throughout and can accommodate up to eight (8) guests. It is located two miles south of historical downtown Edgartown and within minutes of South Beach, the bike path and Morning Glory Farm (a local favorite). The Vineyard House can be rented alone or with The Katama House which is located next door. There are also two additional rental homes, The Edgartown House and the Cottage House, that are both within easy walking distance that can also be rented to accommodate larger groups, including family reunions or wedding parties.
