The Martha’s Vineyard House can accommodate up to eight (8) guests and includes comfortable furnishings throughout as well as an outdoor seating area with gas grill, outdoor shower and back deck. On the first floor there is a bright open floor plan which includes living room area, dining room and kitchen area combined. The living room and dining room areas includes cathedral ceilings, skylights, paddle fans, a gas fireplace and 45′ TV. The dining area features sliding doors that lead out to a spacious deck with additional outdoor seating, a gas grill and outdoor shower. The modern kitchen has granite countertops, kitchen island bar and new cabinets. The first floor also features a Guest bedroom with a Bunk bed features a full and a twin bed with a T.V.. The first floor also has a full size bath with walk-in shower and a separate laundry closet as well. On the second floor you will find two additional large comfortable bedrooms, including the Master bedroom which has a Queen size bed and TV. The second bedroom has two Queen size beds and an additional TV. Both upstairs bedrooms have comfortable furnishings and provide lots of natural light. The Martha’s Vineyard House can accommodate up to eight (8+) Guests and is located within the Edgartown Estates which is a desirable section of Katama. The School House is also just two miles from historical downtown Edgartown, and within minutes of South Beach, the bike path and near Morning Glory Farm (a local Island favorite). The School House can be rented alone or with one one of our other nearby rental properties to accommodate larger parties, including family reunions and wedding guests.
