Cancellation Policy
Full Refund Cancel 30 days or more before check-in (by 3:00 p.m. local time) to receive a 100% refund of your payment. Partial Refund Cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in (by 4:00 p.m. local time) to receive a 50% refund of nightly rates. Service fees are non-refundable. No Refund Cancel less than 7 days before check-in (after 4:00 p.m. local time) and the reservation is non-refundable.

*** PLEASE READ THIS *** 1) Contact us for filming, movie production, or any events. 2) Smoking is not allowed INSIDE the home, penalties apply for tampering with smoke detectors. 3) We reserve the right to conduct additional guest screening outside of the booking platform. The guest is responsible for the additional $40 non-refundable fee per applicant. 4) We may requests a list of names for all adults staying at this home. * If your Stay account was created within a year, or have less than 3 reviews, you WILL BE REQUIRED to perform this background check. All 30+ day stays also REQUIRE a background check. * Booking a stay at this home is acknowledgement of this. Booking your stay gives us as the manager and our 3rd party vendor to screen your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Complete terms regarding guest screening can be found on Tenant Alert's website. * You will receive an automated message with a link to the screening once your reservation is confirmed, this process must be completed within 3 days. Your reservation will not be finalized until this is completed. Please reach out with an inquiry for any questions prior to making a reservation. 4) All reservations require the guest to acknowledge the house rules electronically. You will be sent a link to review and sign. 5) Unexpected circumstances happen - we HIGHLY recommend purchasing Travel insurance. We work with a company called, Safely, to give you the option to reduce or maybe eliminate the financial burden you'll face if you have to cancel your trip, pay for additional travel arrangements due to a delay, or pay medical costs if you or a travel companion gets injured or sick. You will be sent a link to signup for this insurance, it is OPTIONAL. 6) If the Guest cancels the reservation, they agree to not submit a review and forfeit this ability. Any review submit by the guest or party will be removed.
