INTERIOR FEATURES The kitchen and dining area share an open space that invites group meals and conversation. The kitchen includes an induction cooktop, wall oven, microwave, and large island with seating. It flows into a spacious dining area with direct access to the deck for grilling, relaxing, or enjoying the view. The separate living room features a gas fireplace, pool table, oversized sectional, smart TV, and sliding doors to the deck and hot tub. Upstairs, one of the lofts includes a desk and printer, ideal for working remotely or organizing your travel plans. NOTES • The hot tub is included for the peak ski season weekends (late-December to mid-March). For other periods, there is an optional $195 set up fee. You understand that use of the hot tub is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the hot tub. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the hot tub, and hold owner and property manager harmless. • Please be sure that you have entered the correct number of guests as we may have a per-person per-night surcharge to cover expenses. Cameras are not in any of the living areas. • Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. We may use Minut, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended. • Limitation of Liability: The owner and their rental agent shall not be held liable for any injuries or damages to the tenant, the tenant's family, or guests that occur during the tenant's occupancy of the property.
