Situated five minutes from the mountain and just off the main Killington Road this property provides a high-capacity base for social gatherings group meals and hanging out across three separate levels. THREE LEVELS OF SEPARATION FOR ADULTS AND CHILDREN The home is configured to provide different social zones for various age groups to relax simultaneously. THE MAIN LEVEL (FIRST FLOOR) • This floor is the main gathering space with a vaulted living room a gas fireplace and a smart TV for movies. • A secondary lounge is located immediately off the living area providing a quiet corner for reading or conversation. • The floor includes a fully equipped kitchen a bar area and an integrated group dining space. • Practical features include a mudroom, two bedrooms - each with a Queen mattress, and a full bathroom. THE UPPER LEVEL (SECOND FLOOR) • This quiet upper level includes a loft with a dedicated desk for remote work. • Sleeping quarters feature one private Queen bedroom and one flexible Twin/Bunkroom. • A full bathroom serves this level. THE LOWER LEVEL (GROUND FLOOR) • This floor serves as a dedicated games and social area for kids or teens. • Features a third living area a second full kitchen and additional dining seating. • This level contains one Queen bedroom and one Twin/Bunkroom along with a full bathroom. • A second mudroom provides additional space for group gear storage. GROUP DINING AND OUTDOOR RECREATION • Group meal preparation is easier with two separate kitchens for group meal preparation. • The main dining table is integrated into the open floor plan so the whole group can dine together. • The living area opens directly to a large deck featuring a private outdoor hot tub and a BBQ grill. • The property also includes a private yard for outdoor activities. MANAGEMENT AND BOOKING POLICIES • This home is professionally managed by Simple Vacation Rentals by Dave McComb. • We provide 24/7 local support and a digital Boarding Pass with arrival instructions. • To finalize your stay a rental agreement must be e-signed. RESERVE YOUR MULTI-FAMILY MOUNTAIN STAY Liquid Lodge gives parents space to relax while children have a separate area of their own. The layout gives everyone in the group room to spread out. HOT TUB AVAILABILITY The private hot tub is included during peak ski season, from late December through mid March. At other times, an optional $195 setup fee applies.
