Despite the quiet setting, you’re conveniently located less than 20 minutes from Pigeon Forge and The Island, and under 40 minutes to Gatlinburg, making it easy to enjoy all the area’s top attractions while coming home to your own serene mountain retreat. Parking for 4 vehicles ✅ Signed Rental Agreement is required within 48 hours to confirm your booking. ✅ Must be 25 to book this cabin per our HOA rules. ✅ No 3rd party bookings per Airbnb. The person booking must be the person staying. ✅ Wood is not included for the outdoor fire pit. ✅A starter kit is provided of supplies is provided. Depending on the length of stay the number in your group these supplies you may need to replenish these items if more used then provided. . ✅ We highly, HIGHLY recommend you purchase travelers insurance. There is a $50 charge for staying a 1/2 hour past check and $100 for every half hour after that. Please understand, other guests are arriving and the property needs to be cleaned and prepped for them as it was for your stay. ✅ Wildlife & Insects – Important Info Our cabin is surrounded by nature, which means occasional wildlife or insects are part of the mountain experience. Bears live in the area. Never feed them or leave food outside or in your vehicle. Keep car doors locked and store all food securely indoors. Wildlife sightings may happen — they are not cause for concern or refund. We have regular pest control, but bugs may still appear due to the wooded location. This is normal and not refundable. Thanks for respecting the natural environment that makes this place special! ✅ 💧 Water Notice Well water is different from city water and may occasionally have a distinct smell or feel. This can vary based on seasonal changes, water levels, and weather conditions. Rest assured, the water is treated and safe to use throughout your stay. ✅ We use a Ring camera to patrol the driveway and cul-de-sac area of our cabin. Ring cameras are activated by motion and record anyone who walks in front of them. If we believe the house rules are being violated, we have the ability to access this camera in real time.
