If you're bringing a pet, please make sure to include them in your booking to avoid any additional charge. ⚫️ Per HOA dogs must be on a leash at all times. ⚫️ Cannot be left unattended, or inside pool area. ⚫️ Bylaws require 1 dog 40lb max or 2 dogs no larger than 25lbs each. ⚫️ Dogs should be crated when left in the condo. ⚫️ No pee pads ✅ PARKING: HOA does not allow any kind of trailer such as RVs, Boats, Trailers, Jet Skis, 4x4 Vehicles, Travel Trailers, 5th Wheels, in the parking lot. Please plan ahead if you are planning to bring a trailer. ✅ ACCESSIBILITY: The condo is located on the 2nd floor, however no steps needed to reach it. Guests will have full and private access to the entire condo unit. You are also welcome to enjoy the shared community amenities, which include: Two seasonal swimming pools Picnic area with barbecue grills These amenities are located just a two-minute walk from your front door. We respect your privacy and aim to provide a seamless, uninterrupted stay. While we will not be present at the property, we are available to answer any questions or address any concerns. Ubers are available if needed. ✅ Rental Agreement: A rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking to confirm your reservation. ✅ You must be 23 to book this property. ✅ Accessibility: The condo is conveniently located on the second floor but is accessible without climbing any steps from the parking area. ✅ Community Amenities: The two outdoor pools are seasonal and typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. These dates are subject to change based on weather. The HOA operates and maintains these facilities, and we are not responsible for any unexpected closures. ✅ Starter Supplies: We provide a starter kit of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, coffee, shampoo, conditioner, soap). For longer stays, you may need to purchase additional supplies. ✅ Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip from unforeseen circumstances like illness, weather, or travel delays, family emergencies. We do not provide refunds for these instances. ✅ Security: A Ring camera is located at the entrance of the condo. It records both motion and sound. ✅ No 3rd party bookings per Airbnb. The person booking must be the person staying. ✅ No trailers or attached haulers are allowed. ✅ Pet Policy - Dogs only Bylaws do state 1 dog 40lb max or 2 dogs no larger than 25lbs each. Crating: Pets must be crated if left alone (crate provided) No pee pads inside the property. Pets must be leashed at all times outside the condo Clean up after your pet in outdoor areas. Pet Fee: $85 (covers extra cleaning costs) ✅ Check out is 10:30am. There is a $50 charge for staying a 1/2 hour past check and $100 for every half hour after that.
