The caretaker is always available on-site and ready to provide discreet, in-person support or maintenance whenever needed—whether it's handling a minor issue, offering property guidance, assisting with event setup, or addressing any requests. Parking is available on-site, and a 4-wheel drive vehicle is recommended, especially during winter months. The property is located approximately 5-25 miles from the towns of Woodland Park, Manitou Springs, and Colorado Springs. These towns offer dining, shopping, and entertainment. Major transit hubs and the Colorado Springs Airport (COS) are within a reasonable driving distance, making day trips and travel convenient. Please note that public transportation options are limited in this area; a personal vehicle is recommended to best experience the region. Other Things to Note: Upon booking, we will request that you sign our rental agreement, which outlines the house rules and safety guidelines. Failure to sign may result in the cancellation of your reservation. Deposit may be required This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado's cool summer nights at 9,200 feet above sea level will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day.
