We do not allow smoking of any kind in any of our cabins.
No pets are allowed for rent the village.
Children are welcome and must be under the constant supervision of adults at all times.
Max number is cars allowed on the property is 16. Please carpool accordingly! ;)
We have a 32 person maximum for this rental.

Stay Rules
We totally get it—no one loves rules, including us! But we’ve had to put some guidelines in place based on what we've learned along the way. We really appreciate our amazing guests who love our place as much as we do and want to help keep it great for their return visits and for future guests! A booking constitutes acceptance of all house rules and listing description.
1. All overnight guests must be registered at time of booking in order to stay the night. All other guests must leave before 10pm. No third party bookings.
2. Lofts are best suited for active adults and older children, require the use of steps and a low ceiling entry/exit.
3. Parking is ONLY available beside each of the cabins. At no time should you park in the driveway or in front of the cabins. Vehicles will be towed at owners expense.
4. We are unable to refund on non-refundable discounted reservations, inclement weather, power outages, road conditions or acts of God. Please purchase travel insurance for any unforeseen events.
5. For VRBO and Direct Booking Guests, $100 Security Incidentals Hold (exactly like a hotel) Required on all reservations and will be held (preauthorized) 1 day after check in. Hold to be processed by host on guests credit card. May be reauthorized during a long stay.
6. Knot Working Tiny Town assumes no responsibility for items left behind. Please make sure to gather all items prior to checking out.
7. Our cleaning fee is based on a "courteous guest". Additional costs may apply for extra cleaning.
8. Absolutely no smoking of any kind. If we find evidence or smells related to smoking guest is responsible for paying to host a $500 smoke damage.
9. Checkout time is any time prior to 10am. Please see exhaustive house rules in white binder for more information.
