CANCELLATIONS - We currently offer a Moderate Cancellation Policy. 100% Refund up to 30 days before your check-in date. 50% Refund 30-7 days before your check-in date. No Refund after 7 days before your check-in date. Last-minute cancellations due to any emergency, death, medical, or weather-related issues do not qualify for a refund. All refunds for VRBO and direct bookings incur a 4% credit card processing fee.
