Check-in is at 4:00 PM; Check-out is at 10:00 AM.
Early check-ins and late check-outs are not permitted unless requested at least 24 hours prior to the start of your reservation. Approval is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If accommodated, an additional fee will apply.

Full refund: Cancel at least 30 days before check-in (by 11:59 PM, property’s local time) to receive a full refund.
Partial refund: Cancel at least 14 days before check-in to receive 50% of the total amount paid, excluding the service fee.
