The Space:
With a king suite and sofa bed in the living room, this condo can comfortably accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children. Relax by the stunning rundle rock fireplace, indulge in the spa inspired bathroom, and create culinary delights in the chef’s kitchen complete with everything you’ll need to make memorable meals during your getaway. Take in the fresh mountain air on the large sun-soaked patio surrounded by beautiful, raised planter beds in the relaxing courtyard.
This space is perfect for families looking for the ultimate mountain getaway, and a romantic respite for couples.
Don’t feel like cooking? Le Bucheron is walking distance to many restaurants and pubs in the downtown and Spring Creek area including an exceptional on-site restaurant, Bridgette Bar. Steps from river pathways, enjoy a meandering stroll to local shops, artisans, breweries, and cafes, or enjoy an invigorating run or mountain bike and take in the adventure our local trails have to offer.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire unit except for one locked supply closet. Building amenities include an indoor hot tub, gym, and underground heated parking (one parking spot is included for your stay, and there is also plenty of free street parking). In addition to the in-suite washer and dryer, the building offers further laundry facilities that can be used for a small fee.
*We do not have control over amenity closures. We will advise guests accordingly when made aware.
Your entry code will provide access to all exterior and interior common area doors as well as to the unit.

We live in town and are available if/when you need us!
The Neighborhood:
Nestled in the Rocky Mountains, Canmore offers easy access to outstanding hiking, backpacking, camping and mountain biking terrain, breathtaking viewpoints, downhill and cross-country skiing, world class golf courses and a multitude of water sports. Take in one of the National Parks, discover the historic town of Banff (15-minute drive) or Lake Louise (45-minute drive) and create memories that will last a lifetime.
Getting Around:
Our unit comes with one underground parking stall and there is also free street parking alongside the building and surrounding area.
There are many walking/biking paths in the neighbourhood and various shops and restaurants. Downtown Canmore is a short walk away with even more retail and dining options.
Other Things to Note:
NOTE: Please let us know if you require the sofa bed for your stay. There is an extra $50 charge for the sofa bed for the additional linens and cleaning. This fee is not included in the price and will be billed after the booking once confirmed.
NOTE: Same day bookings have a 6 p.m. check in time. Should the unit be available earlier, we will advise as soon as possible.
