Linens can be provided for $300 per stay, and depending on your stay dates, the owners may meet you at check-in to walk you through the home. Parking is limited to 4 vehicles. Late check-outs without approval incur a $250 fee, and extra guests beyond the reservation count will be charged $50 per person, per night. For security, exterior camera (doorbell) monitors house rules compliance. Pets, smoking, parties, and events are not permitted, with a strict $500 fine for violations. Guest Access: Guests have full access to the entire home, basement game room, backyard, pool, and deck. Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway. The Neighborhood: Located in a peaceful residential neighborhood, this home offers a blend of privacy and convenience. Getting Around: A car is recommended to explore the area. Beaches, grocery stores, and Mashpee Commons are all within a short drive. Ample driveway parking is available for your stay. To maintain the safety and comfort of all guests, smoking, parties, and unregistered visitors are not permitted. The home features an exterior security camera located at the doorbell of the property for security and to ensure compliance with house policies. Footage is private and monitored only as necessary. Early check-in and late check-out options may be available upon request but depend on the cleaning schedule. Availability can only be confirmed on the day of arrival or departure.
