This cozy and chic walk-out basement apartment has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. With two private bedrooms, two full size couches, and a roll out ottoman the apartment can sleep seven comfortably. The kitchen is stocked with spices and necessities, and receiving gifts to surprise you! You can easily cook your meals here. You'll be able to relax on the private patio with fire pit after a long day at the beach, in meetings at OSU, hiking Mary's Peak, or exploring wine country.
The apartment has a private entrance and free parking in our driveway. There is also room for extra vehicles on our private road.
We ask that you please stay on paved area, as we have sprinkler heads on the lawn.
We are available to offer guidance if needed, but otherwise we'll let you enjoy your privacy. We can offer references to local business's and services you may need while staying. From haircuts, Real Estate agents, Photography to Massage! Just ask!
Philomath and Corvallis make up a quaint college community with funky stores downtown, an impressive farmer's market, and delicious farm-to-table restaurants. There are wineries to tour, an Alpaca farm less than a mile away, and summertime concerts to enjoy July Thru August !

We are glad to host your pets too. Regardless of how well trained the pet is, we have found pets do crazy things at unfamiliar locations. I really do not want to charge for cleaning carpets or floor rugs. It’s a pain, so please READ carefully! Thank you!
We ask for compliance in a few house rules:
🛋️ No pets on the furniture — no matter how much they side-eye ya.
🚪 No pets in the bedrooms. We just replaced carpets and are trying to keep things fresh and fur-free.
🛏️ Bring their own bedding if possible to prevent marking or nervous accidents. Trust us, they do happen! If you don’t have any, let me know — I’ve got extra pet blankets you can use.
🚿 No pet baths in the tub. That spa day is for humans only.
🚧 Please keep them on wood flooring, use the baby gates provided or close bedroom doors to ensure compliance.
🚫 No unkenneled solo pet parties — please don’t leave your pet unattended unless properly crated.
🐶 Need pet care while you're out? We’ve got a Rover sitter on standby — just say the word.
💩 Please scoop the poop. It’s basic trail etiquette and good humaning.
There is a $40 per week per pet fee for dogs (capped at $120 per month), Any other pets will be considered on a case by case basis- please inquire. If you already paid it through your reservation, great! If not, please reach out and we can discuss the various channels depending on how you booked that we can use. SORRY NO CATS
