Correct pricing is based on guest count. **SHARED LAUNDRY** The laundry area is a **shared space** and may also be used by other guests staying on the property. The washer and dryer are located on the **basement level**, and laundry soap is provided. **If you booked the 3 or 4-bedroom listing:** You may access the laundry directly through the interior pass-through door. **If you booked Moody Modern — 2 Bedroom Main Floor:** You may use the interior pass-through door to access the laundry. **For the security and privacy of your unit, please RELOCK this door after each use.** You may also access the shared laundry from outside by going around the back of the home and entering through the exterior common-area door. **Exterior Door Code: 3665** Please be considerate of other guests when using this shared space. Take all your items with you. Abandoned items will be at your own risk. Thank you! Pet Policy: We are glad to host your pets too (as in dogs 🐶). Anything beyond that — lizards, ferrets, emotional support peacocks — needs a little pre-approval, just so we’re all on the same page. Regardless of how well trained the pet is, we have found pets do crazy things at unfamiliar locations. I really do not want to charge for cleaning carpets or floor rugs. It’s a pain, so please READ carefully! Thank you! We ask for compliance in a few house rules: 🛋️ No pets on the furniture — no matter how much they side-eye ya. 🚪 No pets in the bedrooms. We just replaced carpets and are trying to keep things fresh and fur-free. 🛏️ Bring their own bedding if possible to prevent marking or nervous accidents. Trust us, they do happen! If you don’t have any, let me know — I’ve got extra pet blankets you can use. 🚿 No pet baths in the tub. That spa day is for humans only. 🚧 Please keep them on wood flooring, use the baby gates provided or close bedroom doors to ensure compliance. 🚫 No unkenneled solo pet parties — please don’t leave your pet unattended unless properly crated. 🐶 Need pet care while you're out? We’ve got a Rover sitter on standby — just say the word. 💩 Please scoop the poop. It’s basic trail etiquette and good humaning. There is a $40 per week per pet fee for dogs (capped at $120 per month), Any other pets will be considered on a case by case basis- please inquire. If you already paid it through your reservation, great! If not, please reach out and we can discuss the various channels depending on how you booked that we can use.
