Check-in Instructions
Owner will send instructions to guest day before arrival. Contactless entry.
Check-out Instructions
All garbage must be removed and placed outside in appropriate bins.
All dirty dishes are to be cleaned, and/or placed in dishwasher and start before leaving.
Pool must be covered at all times when not in use. All windows and doors closed and locked and lights turned off.
Paddles, kayak and canoe must be put away.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund if canceled 3 weeks before check-in.
Stay Rules
10 adults maximum, and 4 children.
Must sign off on pool waiver and Town of Wasaga Beach rental agreement code of conduct.
Only those on the waiver are permitted on site, no other guests (even for the day) are allowed unless communicated with owner prior to booking.
Please be considerate of our neighbours and avoid loud noise between 10:00pm and 7am.
No parties or events, unauthorized guests will result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund.
Person booking must be over 25 years of age, and remain onsite for the duration of the stay. Government issued ID may be requested.
Please do not bring sand from the beach into the house.
Clean yourself off and any clothing and/or towels etc..that contain sand.
DO NOT go into the pool with sand on yourself.
The normal cleaning time is 5 hours, if you do not keep the house in a respectable manner and it takes the cleaner more than the 5 hours to clean you will be charged extra for your cleaning time.
Upon accepting a booking, a contract & waiver will be emailed to you for you to sign. A security deposit request of $600 is required. If the contract & waiver is not signed, deposit not sent, the booking will be canceled by the owner.
